If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window. Eligibility for Returns

• Return Period: You may return most items within 30 days from the date you received your order.
• Condition of Items: Returns are accepted only for items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Refundable and Excluded Items

• Certain items are non-refundable due to their personalized nature, such as customized products, opened medical tag bundles, or any other items specified at purchase.
• Gift Cards and Digital Products: Gift cards and digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly offer an exchange or full refund, including any shipping costs, depending on the situation.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Help@NFSeek.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
• Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your items. We cannot accept returns without an RA number.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

Refund Processing

• After your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If a return results in a partial order return, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the remaining items in the order.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us to discuss the availability and process for exchanges. In most cases, exchanges must be treated as returns and new purchases.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
